Renaissance

Money and art

As I have finished representing the theme of the Ancient culture, now I would like to talk about Renaissance, which was well developed in 14th to the 17th centuries. This development was seen in all the countries of Europe. Notice, that the culture of each of the countries had its own differences. Today I would like to talk about the culture of Italy during Renaissance period, as Italy seemed to be different from other European countries in those days. The country was divided into small cities and territories, and the culture of those cities developed the Italian powerful culture. Of course, there are many opinions, about where did the Renaissance start, but I don't want to speak about it, because its not so important. Of course, its not a secret, that this period of time is famous for the development of European industry and increasment of trade connections with Asia. This condition had a positive influence on the development of culture, as the artists began to get more orders from the rich and influential people. Little by little, the artists began to prefer painting scenes of daily life to the religious or classical themes.Well famous artists, like Leonardo da Vinci, Sandro Botticelli, Raphael and others had a great influence in development of Italian powerful culture.

I would like to know your opinion about the following question.

Does money have a great influence on the development of art?
